Aiysha Johnson, Founder and Co-Inspirer, discovered her for science early in life but quickly noticed the scarcity of female role models in the field. After finishing high school, she pursued a degree in Natural Sciences and Biology.
With over 15 years the aviation industry and a decade running her own business, Ms. Johnson identified a need for a fresh approach to inspire and educate youth. This insight led to the creation of a distinctive learning model that helps students, particularly in challenging subjects like Math and Science, understand more effectively.
This innovation resulted in "The 5-Point Learning Model"™, which Ms. Johnson integrated into her tutoring methods. The has proven to be engaging and effective, assisting students from 1st to 12th grade in learning in a fun way.
In 2011, her tutoring business evolved into Zany Scientist™ and Sci-EduTech™, a S.T.E.A.M./M.E.T.A.L.S. enrichment program for youth aged 4-17. As mother, entrepreneur, and founder of Y.W.E. Do Science™, Ms. Johnson is a passionate advocate empowering young women in science.
Her ultimate mission is to influence, empower, and educate young people to change world through the power of FEARLESS Learning!
